Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Oh yes we do! We ship across Europe straight from the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times will depend on where you are — but we promise to get your goodies to you as fast as we can! However, due to varying regulations and shipping logistics, we currently process international orders only by request through our email.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process all orders in 1 – 2 business days, then your CRAZE haul is on its way! As soon as it ships, you’ll get a tracking link in your inbox.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard delivery from Malta and GOZO is typically 2 – 4 business days (a bit longer for international request or pre-orders). If you ordered something extra special, like a Pre-Order item, hang tight — we’ll keep you updated!
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in anytime to track your order from there.
